DC sniper juror now says Muhammad doesn't deserve to die:
11/6/09

Don't kill convicted DC sniper John Muhammad.

That's what a Virginia Beach juror who sat on the trial is now saying just days before his execution

According to John Muhammad's lawyer, an MRI of the DC snipers brain proves he is schizophrenic.

And Muhammad's legal team says it has that and more to show the man set to be executed in six days shouldn't be because jurors like Elizabeth Young were never told he was severely mentally ill, something young is now speaking out about.

Muhammad goes on to say police and prosecutors are murdering an innocent black man.

Young doesn't go that far in her interview, but does say she now believes Muhammad's trial wasn't fair.
